Strength Sorority

Strength Sorority is my group coaching team. I’ve been running it for five years now 🥺 and I love it.

 

There are three session times weekly and the girls come to one or two sessions where they follow their own program, lift things up, put them back down and support each other while they do it. 

 

I love this form of coaching because training in a group, with friends, is one of the keys to not just making strength improvement (in my opinion) but also makes it far easier to turn up and train hard.

 

We see each other multiple times a week, we attend powerlifting comps together, we tell stories, debate whether cookies are better than brownies, whether you’d drown if you fell into a giant vat of jelly etc.

 

Session times are currently: 

Tuesday 5-7pm

Thursday 6.30-8am

Saturday 8.30-10am
